2. Counter-Notification
If you receive a DMCA takedown notice and believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
Your signature.
Identification of the material removed and its original location.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your contact details and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district or, if outside the USA, any judicial district where Mapost may be found.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Mapost will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
